Kimberlin van Wijnen Erasmus Medical Center

PhD candidate

Kimberlin started her PhD in the Biomedical Imaging Group Rotterdam (BIGR) at the Erasmus Medical Center in February 2019. The focus of her research is on Deep Transfer Learning techniques for neuroimaging.

Kimberlin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Medicine from Utrecht University. In 2018, she obtained her Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering cum laude from the Delft University of Technology. The focus of her master thesis was on detecting perivascular spaces in brain MRI scans using a convolutional neural network.
